We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including anyone who does not meet the age requirement or who violates these Terms.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, product descriptions, and software, is the property of TaQlon Supplements or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The TaQlon Supplements name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TaQlon Supplements. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or payment issues.
We offer two payment methods for your convenience:
Pay securely at checkout through Paystack. This option is ideal for customers who prefer to complete their purchase online using a debit card or bank transfer.
For Cash on Delivery orders, after you place your order you will receive a mobile money phone number on your confirmation screen. Send the full payment amount to that number as a mobile money transfer. You must complete the transfer before your order is dispatched. Proof of payment may be requested. If we do not receive payment or cannot verify your transfer, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship orders within Ghana. International orders and shipments are not accepted. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address is located within Ghana.
No Automatic Returns or Refunds: We do not offer automatic returns or refunds. All return and refund requests are handled on a discretionary basis at our sole discretion.
Return/Refund Conditions: If we approve your return or refund request, the following conditions apply:
Processing: Any approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after the returned items are received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions or at our sole discretion.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your email address and for all activities that occur under your account.
OTP Authentication: We only use one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email for authentication. We never use password-based login. You are responsible for safeguarding your email account, as the OTP sent to your email serves as your sole means of authentication. If you receive an OTP you did not request, please contact us immediately.

In no event shall TaQlon Supplements, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products or services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaQlon Supplements and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
TaQlon Supplements shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms (other than payment obligations) to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, floods, earthquakes, wars, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes or other labor disputes, power outages, internet service disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or any other events not reasonably within our control.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana.
Informal Resolution: Before submitting a dispute to arbitration, you and TaQlon Supplements agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days by providing written notice of the dispute to the other party.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, products, or services, or your relationship with TaQlon Supplements, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of Ghana. The arbitration shall be conducted in Accra, Ghana, and shall be decided by a single arbitrator unless the dispute involves less than GHS 10,000, in which case it may be resolved under simplified procedures.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, class lawsuit, or private attorney general action against TaQlon Supplements. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
Arbitration Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines that a party acted vexatiously or in bad faith, in which case the arbitrator may award costs to the prevailing party. The filing fees for arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, or to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
By using our website and services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to order confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates, promotional materials, and other notices required by law. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You agree to provide a valid email address for all communications and to keep your email address current. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us directly. However, even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional and administrative messages related to your account and orders.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The invalidity of a particular provision shall not impair the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by TaQlon Supplements on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaQlon Supplements concerning your use of our website, products, and services. TaQlon Supplements may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction, including to any successor in the ownership of all or substantially all of our assets or business. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
